The EPA is also approving revisions submitted by the TCEQ on July 25, 2007, March 25, 2010 and April 13, 2012, which address the Texas transportation conformity rules and the Texas Diesel Emissions Reduction Incentive Program for On-Road and Non-Road Vehicles.
