2014-26313 PPL Bell Bend, LLC; Combined License Application for Bell Bend Nuclear Power Plant Notice The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is issuing an exemption in a response to a September 24, 2014, letter from PPL Bell Bend, LLC (PPL), which requested an exemption from Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR) updates included in their Combined License (COL) application.
