2014-24752 Revisions to the California State Implementation Plan; Imperial County; Ozone Precursor Emissions Inventories Proposed Rule The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a revision to the Imperial County portion of the California State Implementation Plan (SIP). This revision concerns Clean Air Act (CAA) requirements for volatile organic compounds and oxides of nitrogen emissions inventories in areas designated nonattainment for the 1997 8-hour ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS).
