2014-24130 Fees for Testing, Evaluation, and Approval of Mining Products Proposed Rule The Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) proposes to amend the Agency's regulations for administering fees for testing, evaluation, and approval of products manufactured for use in mines. This proposed rule would revise the fees charged for these services.
