2014-23550 Airworthiness Directives; Bombardier, Inc. Airplanes Proposed Rule We propose to adopt a new airworthiness directive (AD) for all Bombardier, Inc. Model CL-600-2B19 (Regional Jet Series 100 & 440) airplanes. This proposed AD was prompted by reports of dislodged engine fan cowl panels. This proposed AD would require installing additional attaching hardware on the left and right fan cowl access panels and the nacelle attaching structures.
