2014-22276 Civilian Health and Medical Program of the Uniformed Services (CHAMPUS)/TRICARE: TRICARE Pharmacy Benefits Program Proposed Rule This proposed rule would implement new authority authorizing an over-the-counter (OTC) drug program, make several administrative changes to the TRICARE Pharmacy Benefits Program regulation in order to conform it more closely to the statute, and clarify some procedures regarding the operation of the uniform formulary.
