2014-22019 Approval and Promulgation of Implementation Plans, State of California, San Joaquin Valley Unified Air Pollution Control District, New Source Review Rule The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is taking final action under the Clean Air Act to approve revisions to the San Joaquin Valley Unified Air Pollution Control District portion of the California State Implementation Plan submitted by the California Air Resources Board. These revisions concern pre-construction review of new and modified stationary sources located within the District.
