2014-18203 Closed Captioning of Internet Protocol-Delivered Video Programming: Implementation of the Twenty-First Century Communications and Video Accessibility Act of 2010; Closed Captioning of Internet Protocol-Delivered Video Clips Rule In this document, as part of the Commission's continued implementation of the Twenty-First Century Communications and Video Accessibility Act of 2010 ("CVAA"), it concludes that clips of video programming covered by the statute must be captioned when delivered using Internet protocol ("IP"). The Commission adopts rules governing such captioning and sets out a schedule of deadlines.
