If implemented, this rule would modify the annual catch limits (ACLs) for Atlantic and Gulf of Mexico (Gulf) migratory group Spanish mackerel and modify the recreational annual catch target (ACT) for Atlantic migratory group Spanish mackerel, based on the results of the most recent stock assessments for Gulf and Atlantic migratory group Spanish mackerel. The Framework Amendment would also update the optimum yield (OY) for Atlantic migratory group Spanish mackerel.
