| 2014-17944 | Privacy Act of 1974; System of Records | Notice | In accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended, the Office of the Secretary of Defense proposes to establish a new system of records for Continuous Evaluation (CE).\1\ These records will be used to conduct CE, as defined in Executive Order 13467, to: (1) Identify DoD-affiliated personnel who have engaged in conduct of security concern; (2) identify and initiate needed follow-on inquiries and/or investigative activity and enable security officials and adjudicators to determine and take appropriate actions; and (3) perform research, development, and analyses related to DoD's CE program.
