2014-16924 Asian Longhorned Beetle; Quarantined Areas in New Jersey Rule We are adopting as a final rule, without change, an interim rule that amended the Asian longhorned beetle regulations by removing portions of Middlesex and Union Counties, NJ, from the list of quarantined areas based on our determination that those areas meet our criteria for removal.
