2014-15985 Inflation Adjustments to the Price-Anderson Act Financial Protection Regulations; Corrections Rule The U.S. Regulatory Commission (NRC) published a final rule in the Federal Register on July 12, 2013, to amend its regulations to satisfy a statutory requirement to adjust the maximum total and annual standard deferred premiums specified in the Price-Anderson Act for inflation at least once during each 5-year period following August 20, 2003.
