2014-10870 2014 Quadrennial Regulatory Review Proposed Rule This document solicits comment on proposed changes to the broadcast ownership rules in compliance with section 202(h) of the Telecommunications Act of 1996 requires the Commission to review its broadcast ownership rules quadrennially to review these rules to determine whether they are necessary in the public interest as a result of competition.
