2014-08178 Runaway and Homeless Youth Proposed Rule This notice of proposed rulemaking would establish program performance standards for Runaway and Homeless Youth grantees providing services to eligible youth and their families. It also proposes revisions to reflect statutory changes, and to update procedures for soliciting and awarding grants.
