2014-05481 Agency Information Collection Activities: Proposed Collection; Comment Request; Generic Clearance for the Collection of Qualitative Feedback on Agency Service Delivery Notice As part of a federal government-wide effort to streamline the process to seek feedback from the public on service delivery, the Consumer Product Safety Commission (Commission or CPSC) announces that CPSC intends to submit a Generic Information Collection Request (Generic ICR): "Generic Clearance for the Collection of Qualitative Feedback on Agency Service Delivery" to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for approval under the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) (44 U.S.C. 3501 et. seq.). OMB previously approved the collection of information under control number 3041-0148. OMB's most recent extension of approval will expire on April 30, 2014.
