2014-04946 Privacy Act, Implementation Rule In accordance with the requirements of the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended, the Department of the Treasury gives notice of an amendment to this part to reflect revisions of existing Internal Revenue Service (IRS) systems of records and to exempt the resulting revised systems of records from certain provisions of the Privacy Act.
