2014-03260 Hazardous Substances and Articles; Administration and Enforcement Regulations: Final Rule; Revisions to Supplemental Definition of “Strong Sensitizer” Rule The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC or Commission) amends it regulations to revise the supplemental definition of "strong sensitizer" under the Federal Hazardous Substances Act (FHSA).
