EPA is also approving revisions to the Allegheny County Health Department (ACHD) regulations, which were submitted by Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP). These regulatory revisions included the following amendments to ACHD regulations, which became effective on May 24, 2010: The addition of the levels of the 1997 annual PM<INF>2.5</INF> standard and the 2006 24-hour PM<INF>2.5</INF> standard, and the related references to the list of standards and the addition of the definition of "PM<INF>2.5</INF>".
