2013-30311 Privacy Act of 1974; Notice of Republication and Alteration of Systems of Records Notices (SORNs) Notice The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) has reviewed its systems of records and its SORNs, in compliance with the provisions of the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended (5 U.S.C. 552(a)(e)(4)), and OMB Circular A-130, Appendix I. NARA is publishing this notice of proposed changes to its SORNs, and republishing the 41 SORNs in its existing inventory. NARA proposes corrective and administrative changes to reflect a recent agency reorganization.
