2013-27809 Amendments to Existing Validated End-User Authorizations in the People's Republic of China Rule In this rule, the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) amends the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) to revise existing authorizations for Validated End-Users (VEUs) Samsung China Semiconductor Co. Ltd. (Samsung China), Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation (SMIC), SK hynix Semiconductor (China) Ltd. (SK hynix China) and SK hynix Semiconductor (Wuxi) Ltd. (SK hynix Wuxi) (collectively "SK hynix") in the People's Republic of China (PRC).
