2013-27709 Approval and Promulgation of Air Quality Implementation Plans; Illinois Rule EPA is approving a request submitted by the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Illinois EPA) on July 3, 2013, to revise the Illinois state implementation plan (SIP). The submission amends the Illinois Administrative Code (IAC) by updating the definition of "Volatile organic material (VOM) or Volatile organic compound (VOC)" to add trans-1,3,3,3-tetra-flouropropene (HFO-1234ze) to the list of compounds excluded from the definition of VOM or VOC.
