2013-26357 Approval and Promulgation of Air Quality Implementation Plans; Ohio: Bellefontaine; Determination of Attainment for the 2008 Lead Standard Proposed Rule On April 19, 2013, the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency, submitted a request to EPA to make a determination under the Clean Air Act that the Bellefontaine nonattainment area has attained the 2008 lead (Pb) national ambient air quality standard (NAAQS). In this action, EPA is proposing to determine that the Bellefontaine nonattainment area (area) has attained the 2008 Pb NAAQS. This determination of attainment is based upon complete, quality-assured and certified ambient air monitoring data for the 2010-2012 design period showing that the area has monitored attainment of the 2008 Pb NAAQS.
