2013-25043 Approval and Promulgation of Air Quality Implementation Plans; Virginia; Revised Ambient Air Quality Standards for Fine Particulate Matter Rule EPA is taking direct final action to approve revisions to the Commonwealth of Virginia State Implementation Plan (SIP). The revisions add ambient air quality standards and associated reference conditions for Fine Particulate Matter (PM<INF>2.5</INF>) that are consistent with the 2013 National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) for PM<INF>2.5</INF>.
