2013-24882 Request To Submit a Two-Part Application-Northwest Medical Isotopes, LLC Notice The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is issuing an exemption in response to an August 9, 2013, letter from Northwest Medical Isotopes, LLC (NWMI). In this letter, NWMI requested an exemption from certain regulatory requirements, which, if granted, would allow the submittal of a construction permit application for a medical radioisotope production facility in two parts.
