2013-24603 Agency Information Collection Activities: Revision of a Currently-Approved Collection; Comment Request Notice In accordance with requirements of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (44 U.S.C. 3501 et seq.), the FDIC may not conduct or sponsor, and the respondent is not required to respond to, an information collection unless it displays a currently valid Office of Management and Budget (OMB) control number. As part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, the FDIC invites the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on revision of an existing information collection, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (44 U.S.C. chapter 35). The FDIC is seeking public comment on proposed revisions to its "Forms Related to Processing Deposit Insurance Claims" information collection (OMB No. 3064-0143).
