2013-23224 Agency Information Collection Activities: Requests for Comments; Clearance of Renewed Approval of Information Collection: Extended Operations (ETOPS) of Multi-Engine Airplanes Notice In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, FAA invites public comments about our intention to request the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approval to renew an information collection. A final rule published on January 16, 2007 (72 FR 1807) codified previous practices that permitted certificated air carriers to operate two-engine airplanes over long-range routes.
