2013-21474 Approval and Promulgation of Air Quality Implementation Plans; Connecticut; NOX Emission Trading Orders as Single Source SIP Revisions Rule EPA is approving State Implementation Plan (SIP) revisions submitted by the State of Connecticut. These revisions approve NO<INF>X</INF> Emission Trading Orders (trading orders) allowing facilities to create and/or use emission credits to comply with the NO<INF>X</INF> emission limits required by Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies (RCSA) section 22a-174-22 (Control of Nitrogen Oxides). The intended effect of this action is to allow facilities to determine the most cost-effective way to comply with the state regulation.
