| 2013-21273 | Misuse of Internet Protocol (IP) Captioned Telephone Service; Telecommunications Relay Services and Speech-to-Speech Services for Individuals With Hearing and Speech Disabilities | Proposed Rule | In this document, the Commission seeks comment on further possible actions necessary to improve internet protocol captioned telephone relay service (IP CTS), to ensure that it is used exclusively by eligible individuals, and to develop a better methodology for calculating the compensation rate paid to IP CTS providers.
