2013-20715 Airworthiness Directives; Bombardier, Inc. Airplanes Proposed Rule We propose to adopt a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain Bombardier, Inc. Model CL-600-2B19 (Regional Jet Series 100 & 440) airplanes. This proposed AD was prompted by reports of fractured rudder pedal tubes installed on the pilot-side rudder bar assembly. This proposed AD would require repetitive inspections for cracking and damage of both pilot-side rudder pedal tubes, and replacement of affected pilot-side rudder bar assemblies if necessary.
