The amendment requests changes that modify the Chemical and Volume Control System (CVS), including changes to information located in Tier 1 Tables 2.3.2- 1 and 2.3.2-2, and Tier 1 Figures 2.2.1-1 and 2.3.2-1. The granting of the exemption allows the changes to Tier 1 information as specified in the license amendment request.
