The amendment changes requested revise the design of the bracing used to support the Turbine Building structure. This request requires changing Tier 1 information found in the Design Description portion of Updated Final Safety Analysis Report (UFSAR) section 3.3, \"Buildings.\" The granting of the exemption allows the changes to Tier 1 information asked for in the amendment.
