2013-19219 Approval of Amendment to Special Withdrawal Liability Rules the I.A.M. National Pension Fund National Pension Plan Notice The I.A.M. National Pension Fund National Pension Plan ("I.A.M. Fund") requested the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation ("PBGC") to approve a plan amendment providing for special withdrawal liability rules for certain employers that maintain the I.A.M. Fund. PBGC published a Notice of Pendency of the Request for Approval of the amendment on December 26, 2012 (77 FR 76090) ("Notice of Pendency").
