2013-17255 Airworthiness Directives; Bombardier, Inc. Airplanes Proposed Rule We propose to adopt a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain Bombardier, Inc. Model BD-700-1A11 airplanes. This proposed AD was prompted by a report that certain lanyards for the passenger oxygen masks are longer than the specified length, possibly leading to inactive oxygen masks in an emergency. This proposed AD would require replacing certain oxygen mask lanyards.
