The Red Bull Flugtag is scheduled to take place on Saturday, September 21, 2013. The event consists of 30 participants launching self-propelled flying objects from a 30 foot ramp to the water below. The special local regulation is necessary to provide for the safety of the participants, spectators, and general public on the navigable waters of the United States during the event.
