2013-15643 Data Practices, Computer III Further Remand: BOC Provision of Enhanced Services Proposed Rule In this Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (Further Notice), the Federal Communications Commission (Commission) seeks comment on how to streamline or eliminate legacy regulations contained in the Computer Inquiry proceedings and that are applicable to the Bell Operating Companies (BOCs).
