This proposed information collection project was previously published in the Federal Register (78 FR 15035), as a joint submission with the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), under OMB Control Number 1076- 0136, on March 8, 2013 and allowed 60 days for public comment, as required by 3506(c)(2)(A). No public comment was received in response to the notice. The purpose of this notice is to allow 30 days for public comment to be submitted directly to OMB. This information collection expires May 31, 2013.
