2013-12746 Broadband Over Power Lines Rule This document addressed a petition for reconsideration filed by the national association for Amateur Radio, formally known as the American Radio Relay League (ARRL). ARRL seeks reconsideration of the Commission's Second Report and Order in this proceeding relating to Access Broadband over Power Line (Access BPL) systems.
