2013-09421 Schools and Libraries Universal Service Support Mechanism and A National Broadband Plan for Our Future Proposed Rule In this document, the Federal Communications Commission (Commission) seeks comment on a proposal to clarify the schools and libraries universal service support program (E-rate program) requirements for bundling devices, equipment and services that are ineligible for E-rate support.
