2013-09288 Revisions to the Arizona State Implementation Plan, Maricopa County Area Proposed Rule EPA is proposing to approve revisions to the Maricopa County Area portion of the Arizona State Implementation Plan (SIP). These revisions concern particulate matter (PM<INF>10</INF>) emissions from fugitive dust sources. We are approving local statutes that regulate these emission sources under the Clean Air Act as amended in 1990 (CAA or the Act).
