2013-07599 Medicaid Program; Increased Federal Medical Assistance Percentage Changes Under the Affordable Care Act of 2010 Rule This final rule implements the provisions of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010 and the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010 (collectively referred to as the Affordable Care Act) relating to the availability of increased Federal Medical Assistance Percentage (FMAP) rates for certain adult populations under states' Medicaid programs.
