EPA is also proposing to extend the compliance date for the NO<INF>X</INF> emission limits applicable to Units 1, 2, and 3 at RGGS by 18 months from January 1, 2015, to June 30, 2016. We seek comment only on the aspects of the FIP specifically identified in this notice.
