2013-05577 Hazardous Substances and Articles; Supplemental Definition of “Strong Sensitizer” Proposed Rule The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC or Commission) proposes to update the supplemental definition of "strong sensitizer" under the Federal Hazardous Substances Act (FHSA).
