2013-00767 Removal of Persons From the Entity List Based on Removal Request; Implementation of Entity List Annual Review Changes; and Implementation of Modifications and Corrections to the Entity List Rule This rule amends the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) by removing two persons from the Entity List (Supplement No. 4 to Part 744), as the result of a request for removal submitted by these two persons. In addition, on the basis of the annual review conducted by the End User Review Committee, this rule amends the Entity List to remove two entries from the United Arab Emirates (U.A.E.).
