2012-9953 Visual-Manual NHTSA Driver Distraction Guidelines for In-Vehicle Electronic Devices Notice On February 24, 2012, NHTSA published proposed voluntary NHTSA Driver Distraction Guidelines for in-vehicle electronic devices.
