2012-9223 Submission of Proposed Information Collection to OMB: Production of Material or Provisions of Testimony by HUD in Response to Demands in Legal Proceedings Among Private Litigants Notice The proposed information collection requirement described below has been submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act. The Department is soliciting public comments on the subject proposal. (Correction). Section 15.203 of HUD's regulations in 24 CFR specify the manner in which demands for documents and testimony from the Department should be made.
