2012-8129 Implementation of the Local Community Radio Act of 2010; Revision of Service and Eligibility Rules for Low Power FM Stations Rule In this document, the Commission modifies its rules in order to implement provisions of the Local Community Radio Act of 2010 ("LCRA") that unambiguously require the Commission to eliminate its third-adjacent channel spacing requirements and to maintain the spacing requirements currently in place to protect radio reading services.
