2012-5953 Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Listing and Designation of Critical Habitat for the Chiricahua Leopard Frog Rule We, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service), are designating critical habitat for the Chiricahua leopard frog (Lithobates chiricahuensis) under the Endangered Species Act of 1973, as amended (Act). In total, we are designating approximately 10,346 acres (4,187 hectares) as critical habitat for the Chiricahua leopard frog in Apache, Cochise, Gila, Graham, Greenlee, Pima, Santa Cruz, and Yavapai Counties, Arizona; and Catron, Grant, Hidalgo, Sierra, and Socorro Counties, New Mexico.
