2012-4972 Revisions to the California State Implementation Plan, Feather River Air Quality Management District Rule EPA is finalizing a limited approval and limited disapproval of revisions to the Feather River Air Quality Management District (FRAQMD) portion of the California State Implementation Plan (SIP). This action was proposed in the Federal Register on December 6, 2011 and concerns oxides of nitrogen (NO<INF>X</INF>) emissions from internal combustion engines.
