2012-29584 Safety Standard for Hand-Held Infant Carriers Proposed Rule The Danny Keysar Child Product Safety Notification Act, Section 104(b) of the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008 (CPSIA) requires the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (Commission, CPSC, or we) to promulgate consumer product safety standards for durable infant or toddler products. The Commission is proposing a safety standard for handheld infant carriers in response to the direction under Section 104(b) of the CPSIA. The proposed rule would incorporate ASTM F2050-12 by reference, with two modifications. 2012-12-10 2012 12 https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2012/12/10/2012-29584/safety-standard-for-hand-held-infant-carriers https://www.govinfo.gov/content/pkg/FR-2012-12-10/pdf/2012-29584.pdf Consumer Product Safety Commission 84 The Danny Keysar Child Product Safety Notification Act, Section 104(b) of the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008 (CPSIA) requires the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (Commission, CPSC, or we) to promulgate consumer product... 3041-AD16
