2012-29523 Aerotest Operations, Inc., Consideration of Indirect Transfer and Conforming Amendment Notice The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is considering the issuance of an Order under section 50.80 of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) approving the indirect transfer of Facility Operating License No. R-98 for the Aerotest Radiography and Research Reactor (ARRR) currently held by Aerotest Operations, Inc., (Aerotest or the licensee) as owner and licensed operator of ARRR. Aerotest is a wholly-owned subsidiary of OEA Aerospace, Inc., which, in turn, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of OEA Aerospace, Inc., which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Autoliv ASP, Inc. (collectively "seller"). The ultimate owner is Autoliv, Inc.
